We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. This helps us keep our schedule fair for our team and for other customers.
Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or email us as soon as you can. We will always try to find a better time that works for you.
